Autism First Response - Fees and Policies

PAYMENTS

I accept payments by credit card via the website scheduler. Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express & Paypal are accepted. Payments will be processed under the name of our parent company, Educational Options of Greater Washington, Inc.

The online scheduler will process your payment at the time of scheduling. Your payment is required to make an appointment (and thereby save your appointment time).

CANCELLATION POLICY

I require 24-hours advance notice for all cancellations, except in cases of emergency. I do not offer refunds for cancelled sessions, but will offer you a free make-up session for a later available time. If I do not receive

24-hours notice the billing will stand for the full session without the chance for a make-up session.

Make-up sessions will be offered for sessions missed due to an emergency.
